We offer several land development photography packages to accommodate the marketing needs of all land development companies. We will continuously evaluate, plan, strategize, and “do our homework” throughout the assignment in order to succeed for you. All of this will result in powerful marketing images that can be used in a wide range of sales and advertising campaigns.

The most popular land development photo program is to have our experienced photographer capture the best views and any other unique features of each and every lot within the scope of your project. All of the images will be identified with the lot number and the direction of the view captured in the image. As an example…. “Lot5-NNW”. If on any particular lot there is a unique feature such as rock outcroppings, a pond, or other exceptional views that were not captured while shooting from the building envelope, it also will be photographed. Those image files will be uniquely identified, for example, “Lot5-SWos”, the suffix “os” identifies the image as a shot that is “off stake” or away from the building envelope. In order to efficiently locate the building envelopes, we will need the list of GPS coordinates from your survey team.

During the post processing of the images, we will photoshop-out any temporary or non-permanent items that distract from the beauty of the image. These “Lot Shots” are typically captured during the best lighting of the day, mornings and evenings. Although mid-day skies with interesting cloud formations often result in very dramatic photographs. Weather can cause problems at times…. We are obviously at Mother Natures mercy. Every effort is made to capture the best possible image at all times. It may be wise to identify to us your “Premium” lots so that if Ideal weather conditions occur, we are shooting your most valuable products.
